At DMEK Management, we offer transparent and competitive pricing for our property management services. Our fees are structured to reflect the level of service required, and we work closely with our clients to develop a customized plan that meets their unique needs.
Our leasing fee covers the cost of advertising, showing the property, screening potential tenants, & preparing and executing the lease agreement. This fee is typically equal to one month's rent & is due when the tenant takes possession of the property.
Our management fee covers the cost of ongoing management services, including rent collection, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting. This fee is typically a percentage of the monthly rent and is due on a monthly basis.
Our maintenance fee covers the cost of coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repair work on the property. This fee is typically based on the cost of the work performed and is billed to the owner in addition to the management fee.
We may charge additional fees for services such as tenant placement, lease renewal, and legal proceedings. These fees will be clearly outlined in the management agreement and discussed with the client before any work is performed.
